5.0 Students/Players/Assets Management

The Students/Players/Assets page allows users to manage the student list efficiently. Users can add new students, filter by status, search for specific records, and perform actions such as view, edit and delete student entries. 

5.1 How to Register Students/Players/Assets

Step 1: Click Students/Players/Assets menu at the left panel.

 

Step 2: Click New Student/Player/Asset button to create a new player data.

Step 3: Once user click the New Player button, Add New Student/Player/Asset form will appear. Fill in the information needed and click Create button to save the data.

 

5.2 How to View the Existing Student/Player/Asset?

Step 1: Click the View button at the Action section on Players/Students/Assets page.

 

Step 2: Once user click View button, View Player page will appear. User able to edit player data by clicking the Edit button. At this page, user also able to manage Events, Members, Payment Details, and Documents.

 

5.2.1 Managing Classes/Events

This section allows admins to manage the list of classes or events assigned to each student. You can add new classes, view details, change student status, and apply fee discounts.

 

5.2.1.1 Add Class/Event 

Step 1: Clicking Add Class/Event opens a popup to assign new classes to the student.

 

Step 2: Click "Add Class/Event" button. Tick [✓] on new class and click "Save".

 

5.2.1.2 View icon

Step 1: Click "View" icon at the Action section and you will be redirected to the Class/Event details.

 

5.2.1.3 Status icon

Step 1: Click Status icon. Set the status to "Active" or "Inactive" then click "Update"

 

5.2.1.4 Discount

Click Discount icon to manage the Event Fee Discount.

 

5.2.2 Managing Parents/Members

 

Step 1: Click New Parent/Member button to create a new member data.

 

Step 2: Click View icon at the Action section to view the member's details.

 

Step 3: Click Edit icon at the Action section to edit the member's details.

 

Step 4: Click Relationship icon to manage the relationship.

 

Step 5: Click Delete icon to delete the member's details.

 

5.2.3 Managing Payment Details

Step 1: Click Payment Details navigation to view the payment details.

 

5.2.4 Managing Documents

 

Step 1: Click New Document button to add new player's document.

 

Step 2: Click the Delete icon to delete the document.

Step 3: Click the Download icon to download the document.

 

5.3 How to Edit the Existing Student/Player/Asset?

Step 1: Click the Edit icon at the Action section on Players page to edit the player's details.

 

Step 2: Once user click the Edit icon, Edit Player form will appear. User able to update the player's details and click Update button to save the data.

5.4 How to Delete the Existing Student/Player/Asset?

Step 1: Click the Delete icon on Action section at the Players page to delete the player's data. 

 

Step 2: Once user click the delete icon, a delete message will appear.
